Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Dave has been developing new products, services and businesses in healthcare for over 40 years. He has run large organizations at Baxter, Biogen and Terumo and led medical start-ups in virtual reality, addiction treatments, nanotech and biotech. He sees prevention as one of the greatest underutilized opportunities to significantly improve health.
Glenn Zemel, MD
Co-Founder, Advisor, Medical Liaison
Glenn is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology and has an active clinical practice. Prior to becoming an MD, Glenn worked as a food scientist, where he became familiar with sophisticated techniques for understanding people’s preferences and psychology. He now brings this expertise into medicine to personalize healthcare for patients to improve outcomes, engagement and satisfaction of the patient and the physician.
Marty Agather
Co-Founder, VP Sales and Marketing
Marty has 30 years creating, marketing and selling software and on-line insurtech systems, recently as creator and SVP of TrustedChoice.com. His career in the insurance and risk management field provides unique perspective on why prevention is an effective risk mitigation and reduction strategy that should be more fully utilized by patients, providers and payors.
Diane Tumolo, ARNP
Nurse Practitioner
Diane has been a practicing Registered Nurse for over 20 years, and a Nurse Practitioner for the past 4 years. In those roles she has been responsible for direct patient care in a number of clinical settings. She is responsible for providing Personal Prevention Care to Embrace's suburban Philadelphia patients.
Jim Doscher
VP, Operations
Jim is a 30-year veteran of the semiconductor industry. For the last 15 years he led a variety of technology businesses at Analog Devices, across industrial, automotive, communications, consumer, and healthcare markets. In his last role at Analog, he led their healthcare strategy, growing the business 50% to $400M.
Marina Shkayeva, PharmD
Geriatric Pharmacist
Marina received her Doctor of Pharmacy from University of Pittsburgh. She is a graduate of the post-graduate Drug Information and Nutrition Pharmacy Residency Program as well as being certified in Medication Therapy Management.
John Daly, DO
Medical Director, DE & PA
John is an experienced family physician with a demonstrated history of innovation in the practice of medicine. He graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with a DO of Family Practice and serves patients in Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA.
Chuck Hofmann, MD
Medical Director, ID & OR
Charles “Chuck” Hofmann, MD, MACP practiced primary care in a rural Oregon community for over 35 years. For the past 20 years, he has been involved in health delivery and payment system reform at both the state and federal levels.

Greg Sciarra, RPh
Pharmacy Advisor and Co-Founder
Greg has 26 years of pharmacy experience within CVS and served in roles with increasing responsibility in operations, finance and acquisitions, leaving CVS as a corporate officer. He also has 3 years of value-based care experience as a senior executive from an at-risk Medicare primary care provider, and continues as an active advisor for Embrace.
Mike Hough
Telehealth Advisor
Mike is a seasoned healthcare executive and operator with a long track record of developing winning value delivery strategies. He grew Advance Medical into a leader in specialty telehealth care, before acquisition by Teladoc. He is on the leading edge of care delivery innovations as an entrepreneur and advisor.
Robert Schreiber, MD
Geriatric Advisor
After graduating from Hahnemann School of Medicine at Dartmouth College, Rob has worked as a Geriatrician and held roles a Medical Director at numerous practices and organizations and has worked tirelessly as an innovator and advocate for older adults. His pioneering efforts in efforts in this area have been published in conjunction with the John A Hartford foundation, and incorporated in a number of Programs for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) programs which enable elders to remain living in their communities.
Haider Warraich, MD
Cardiology Advisor
Dr. Warraich completed internal medicine and cardiology training at Harvard Medical School and Duke University and is the Associate Director of Heart Failure at the VA Boston Healthcare System, Associate Physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School. His research has been published in the New England Journal of Medicine and the Journal of the American Medical Association and his writing has appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, Atlantic and the Wall Street Journal, amongst others.
Jenni Gudapati, RN, MBA
Value-Based Health Advisor
Jenni is the Director for the Value-Based Healthcare Program at Boise State University where she has combined her experience from nursing care, healthcare services business, and health policy development into a leading program in value-based care education. Her advocacy for better preventive care for older adults along with her experience in caring for older adults in rural communities helps guide Embrace’s mission.

Debbie Howard is a former caregiver on a mission to change the way the world looks at caregiving through her books, podcasting, and social media. Utilizing her market research and strategy skills, she advises companies on how to create more caregiver-friendly ecosystems and workplaces with tangible supports for caregivers.
Howard Moskowitz, PhD
Experimental Psychology & Market Research Advisor
Howard has been developing methods to help companies generate new revenues through an understanding of the who, the what, and the how of products and services for over 50 years. His pioneering work in Mind Genomics has been instrumental in understanding patient psychology and how to communicate with them to achieve desired results.
