Dementia is a difficult disease to handle, whether you are a patient or a caregiver. This is why Medicare has started the GUIDE program with no copays to help dementia patients and their caregivers. In addition, in recognition of the value caregivers provide in patient care, Medicare will cover $2500 of respite care annually to support the caregiver.
Embrace provides these services in areas in Delaware and South-East Pennsylvania. Coverage is limited to specific zip codes. Check with us today to see whether you are eligible for this new program.
